I have had this problem for over 6 months! I have asked this question before and i received no response from anyone from firefox! I switched to google chrome for a while (which i hate), and i recently decided to give firefox another try! I downloaded the beta version and everything is amazing, except i still have the same crashing issue! I have update the flash player, the real player, and as i stated i have the newest beta version of firefox. I have tried removing the protected mode, and i have tried disabling the HW accelerator, yet with no surprise it kept crashing!

Here are my latest reports: b5096f2e-54a7-437a-a21b-91ae1280a1bf 4/5/2014 10:44 PM 6b5ced7c-998d-4f6b-abd6-4f8cee7d978b 4/5/2014 10:43 PM a0abff29-32be-4b6b-89a8-89faf00316e5 4/5/2014 10:39 PM 88e06413-3f12-498d-b0c7-3451f05d2229 4/2/2014 9:37 PM 7e114bf3-50e2-48f1-981a-a651b8c5363f

Please do not tell me to do the same damn things over and over! If I have stated that I tried it, then obviously it didn't work and telling me to try that isn't going to help fix my current situation!

Crashes or other problems with certain multimedia content in Firefox (such as Youtube videos and Flash animations or games) can often be resolved by performing the steps in these Knowledge Base articles:

On Windows Vista and above, you can disable Flash protected mode by following the instructions on these pages:

(See this Adobe blog post for technical details about Flash protected mode.)

Please tell us if this helped!

As I have already stated, I have done all of those things. The have not worked. I have updated everything, taken flash off protected mode, and all of the other options stated. They don't work! I can't even watch Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, or even tv shows from network sites such as ABC, and NBC. It is an extreme burden and im being forced to use a browser that cannot even begin to compare to firefox (pre-crashing issues)

Hello,

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that turns off some settings and disables most add-ons (extensions and themes).

(If you're using an added theme, switch to the Default theme.)

If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu by clicking on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item:
FirefoxSafeMode

If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:

  • On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
  • On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
  • On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)

Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode" Safe Mode Fx 15 - Win

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.

To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem.

Thank you.

Click on my name, on my profile on here, in there is a blog link that i created, with an unorthodox approach to the solution.

I will not say that it will work for everyone, however it does work for some, and there are links in the blog as proof.

Most moderators will not offer up this as they simply do not understand it.

Needless to say I have been adobe flash player crash free for about a year now

Best Regards
