only IE web browser is workign and mozilla is not working
except IE no other browser is working, for mozilla when i try to open a website all i see is white screen it doent even say sever not found or error. all this happened when i was opening a website n mozilla crashed after that it stopped working.

hello, please see Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can or in case the steps listed there won't solve the problem please also try to reset firefox.
Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
