Lost Folders

I am a Thunderbird user. I have had my yahoo account linked for years. Now today all of the sudden I do not have any of the folders I created for that account. They were there yesterday. What happened to them? I have emails that go directly to those folders I can not see now. I tried removing and re-adding the account but it does the same thing. Only inbox is visible. I do not know why it changed or how to change it back. I really need those folders to be there. Thank you.
