Facebook blinks like crazy

This happened once before. It goes away by restarting Firefox or by refreshing the page/tab. There is no way (that I know) to reproduce it. The only common thing between how it happened before and how it happened now is that I left Facebook open for a few hours. But then again, my PC is always on 24/7 and Firefox is always open (most of the time). So, I am guessing that it has nothing to do with that. This happens ONLY on my Facebook tab. I don't know if being "pinned" has anything to do with it; my guess is it doesn't.

Today, before I did anything to try and make it go away, I took a 15 second video with my phone because it's a lot harder to describe in words. I uploaded the video as unlisted in YouTube and you can see it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5BpA_IPmKQ

hi, could you try the hotfix update at https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4661 for your graphics driver. nvidia told us that it would fix some issues in firefox...
