Type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter. Accept the warning message.

At the top in Search field enter this string (or paste it).

browser.newtab.url

Right-click that pref when it appears below the Search box and select Modify Then enter or paste http://www.naver.com/ as the "String Value" in the small window that appears.

Then restart Firefox.
