How can I deactivate this > browser.reader.detectedFirstArticle
I tried to deactivate the reader but it turn alone on "true" again. Can't even change the setting in the prefs.js. Can anybody help me?

I tested it out on one site with articles and it does create a nice clean page, but I guess if you're not feeling oppressed or distracted by clutter, there's no reason to use it.
To stop Firefox from analyzing pages and displaying the icon when it finds one it can clean up, you can change this preference:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste reader and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the reader.parse-on-load.enabled preference to switch it from true to false

This preference change to true after Firefox has pointed out the icon to you on a page where the feature does something. So changing it one way or the other isn't going to make any difference.
Did you want to hide that icon?
