I've been having trouble for nearly a year with this issue. No one seems capable of fixing the problem, or even admitting there is a problem. All I ever get is condescension when I ask for help, or I'm locked out of my account and ignored. I keep upgrading firefox, hoping the newest one with have addressed the issue, but no, of course not. The last firefox that actually worked with twitter was 15, all successive ones make things worse.

I'm not expecting any help this time either, I just wanted everyone to know that you have a lousy product with no customer support.

Thanks for months of frustration and agony.

Idiots.

Hi JessGreen,

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems using Twitter with Firefox, and I understand your frustration.

However, please refrain from making duplicate posts about the same issue since this only makes it more difficult for our contributors to troubleshoot and assist you with this problem - having to jump through multiple posts and backtrack the steps that you may have already attempted.

I am locking this thread to avoid the problems of multiple threads on the same issue. Please make follow-up posts on the existing thread you have created:

Have you already attempted to run Firefox on Safe Mode? Have you also tried the Reset Firefox issue?

Also, please try Jscher2000's solution and let us know if this helped minimizing the amount of crashes you get on your computer.

I understand that trying different steps and suggestions can be frustrating, but since we are not able to replicate the problem you are experiencing, this is the only way we can pinpoint what may be wrong, and eventually file a bug if it's a problem related to Firefox OS.

Thank you for your understanding!

- Ralph
