I reset my password and I cannot log in. I closed FF out and reopened and it still doesn't work. I registered with another email account because obviously it won't take my 1st email choice. So how do you change the password and then log in? Joanne

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
