Why do I not have the right to reject downloads? All, downloads! Even yours!

I should have the right to choose the downloads I want to keep, Instead, I get no choice! Look, I appreciate the safety and protection You give me, but I just get used to the system, and, a new download has arrived, and I'm not sure I want, or need it! I want that option, Please! I had SecureIE for many years, and I found it to be the best Browser available. If I could get it for w-10, I would! I'm not angry, just dissapointed! 

    I hope we can reach an agreement on this!  Thank You for accepting this!
