If you're using Mozilla VPN, try this:

Close Mozilla VPN completely and open it again.

Make sure you're signed in to your Mozilla account and that your internet is working normally.

If you use another VPN, antivirus, or firewall, try disabling it temporarily because it may be blocking the connection.

You can also restart your computer and try again.

If it still won't turn on, let me know what happens when you click to connect. Do you get an error message, or does it just not connect?
