My Mozilla Firefox browser is not working. It does not open when I try to start it. I have restarted my computer, but the issue still persists. Please help me fix this problem.

Hello, I noticed google rolled out new icons for its workspace. However I use these workspace apps frequently and leave them on my bookmarks bar. For some reason however the docs, slides, and sheets logos respectively have defaulted their icons back to the original google drive icon. making it impossible to tell which is which from a glance. Sorry to bother y'all!

Title says it. As of yesterday, my Firefox home page shortcuts (6?) are all gone. Restarted my Win 11 laptop a couple of times and no change. Can't even add any new ones. Settings allow for it but issue persists and browser is up-to-date. Shortcuts are one of the best things about using the Firefox browser...so very disappointing.

My cat stepped on my keyboard and now my top bar with my tabs is only accessible when I mouse up to the top, and my taskbar is hidden entirely and can only be seen if I downsize my firefox window. What button combination do I need to press to restore my browser to its previous visibility?

ive been testing out the VPN to see what all it can do but the data never seems to go down, which....im not complaining about xD but i also dont wanna get stuck with a big bill. has anyone else experienced this?

How can I (we) disable enhanced tracking so it's not loaded at all in the browser, i.e., we manually turn it on and off when needed? After this last update, some websites I visit are automatically crashing, the screen freezes, I cannot click on their navigation or products, it's become a horrible nightmare and it's not a good use of my time. I want to disable it.

I am only a home PC customer and have Windows OEM vendor's support only. It supports operation mises about Windows OS and preinstalled applications, but doesn't support Windows's bug trouble shootings. By the answer, I lost any support about trouble shooting.

I ask questions. Have Firefox development team previously confirmed that it works? Does you have Bugzilla ID about functionality check with passkeys in Microsoft password manager or something like it?

I have selected the 4 rows for shortcuts on my tab and have installed all but the last 3 spaces in the end of the 4th row. There's no option whatsoever to continue to add those remaining 3 spaces. Any suggestions?

My used name and password for Well Fargo online is saved on fire fox and I can not change it on the Wells Fargo system. They have tried to help me in there system but when I put in the new user name and password it goes back to ORIGINAL user name and password.

I had this trouble after Firefox's previous update, where the browser would just close as I was in a tab. It had stopped so I thought the problem was fixed. However, it just updated the browser a few days ago and again I'm having a problem where the browser will just close in the middle of me entering information. It does not have to do with which program I am in as it just seems to happen randomly. It does not save any information I've typed in.

I have cleared my cache but I still cannot access the open pages from the task bar. Some are trying to load but don't. They also don't shut down at once when I press the x command. Some pages are working OK.

Have used Firefox for years. Today, went to standard sites (eg weather info, local blog site) and get told they aren't secure and can't be loaded. Have tried re-installing Firefox, clearing cookies but no change. No problem with same sites from Chrome. Message is:

I am seeking assistance with recovering my Firefox data after resetting my laptop.

Before performing the reset, I verified that I was signed into my Firefox account and believed that Firefox Sync was enabled. After reinstalling Firefox and signing back into the same account, my previous data does not appear to be available.
