Hi,

We're sorry to hear that the page doesn't work as expected. In order to look for the root cause, please follow the steps below and provide us with more information to troubleshoot your issue.

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon at the left of the address bar.
    • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
  3. If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website). Does it help?
  4. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?

Looking forward to your update!

I have the same issue. When I go to the directv.com website and try to log in, it says that my info is not recognized (and yes, I've verified my login information is correct; did the "Forgot Password" option (same error message); did the "Forgot Username" option (same error message comes up). When I use the Microsoft Edge application or the Google Chrome application, no problem. Login is a breeze. I've tried all the "fixes" that were previously stated and none of them changed the problem. I've even uninstalled the Firefox application and re-installed. Same error message. The PG&E website gives the same error message. I end up having to use Microsoft Edge to access my account. There is something in the Firefox application that is causing this issue. Please fix.
