How do I restore speed dial FVD from "Old Firefox Data"?

I successfully removed conduit but in order to do so, I had to reset firefox. When I did that all my data from speed dial (fvd) / eversync disappeared. A new folder appeared on my desktop "Old Firefox Data." Are my speed dials located in there and if so, how do I restore them? TY

Hello,

You will have to contact the extension author to find out what files they use in the profile folder and copy them to the new folder accessible from about:support with the button on the "Profile Folder" line.
