hello, according to symantec the toolbar is compatible with firefox 20. please run the symantec liveupdate & make sure that all components are up-to-date or for more information refer to https://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Toolbar-Norton-Identity/Firefox-20-amp-Google-Chrome-26-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/td-p/937023

Are you using Norton antivirus from Norton or from Comcast?. Norton has had a update for their toolbar on same day (or within next day or two if late, rarely) for Firefox releases ever since Firefox 5.0. Comcast however can take a while for updates.

Try updating your Norton software, they usually update at the dame time as Firefox. It is not a good idea to run outdated versions of Firefox.

I can provide a link abo.ut. downgrading but if needed.
