Try clearing cache and cookies. Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox See if plugin are up to date : http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ Add-ons could be affecting it - Safe mode to see if add-ons are causing it.

Try to modify the ui.trackpoint_hack.enabled pref on the about:config page from the default value -1 to 0 or 1 to see if that makes the scroll pad work.
Close and restart Firefox after changing the ui.trackpoint_hack.enabled pref.

I just installed Firefox 13.0.1 following a prompt when I loaded my previous version. Now the scroll function on my Lenovo Thinkpad touchpad will not work in Firefox, though it did before. It still works in IE, Chrome, and Word and PDF docs. I re-applied the proper settings for my Ultra-Nav touchpad, I restarted the laptop, I closed everything and opened only Firefox, but scroll simply will not work. I tried every suggestion posted but nothing has helped.
