I've imported my IE Favorites. How do I convert them to Bookmarks so I only have one list of Bookmarks?

I'd like any Bookmarks I create and all of the IE Favorites that I imported to be in one list. It's not practical to need to remember if a site I want to call up is in "Bookmarks" of "From Internet Explorer."

Export the favorites as html and import that into Firefox.
