cannot log into aol...server times out repeatedly

I cannot seem to log onto the aol site or my aol email. This has been going on for nearly two days. It keeps timing out before the page loads. My alternate email is sean@asharpedge.com. This is an emergency as my business emails are all there. If you need to reach me by phone call (802) 222-9258. Thank you Marianne L. Kelly

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
