Updated to 7.0, and it's not working...keeps telling to restart...which I did, thre times.

Updated to 7.0, restarted and when I go to open Firefox, it tells me to restart to complete the update...I restart, and it tells me to do it again. Firefox is linked to a program I use at work and I cannot now open this program without it asking me to restart to complete the update.
