I suddenly can not empty my spam.

All of a sudden, I can't empty my spam and also found out that I can't clear history, etc. from the Firefox tab. I can read, file and delete my e-mail, but when I try to empty my spam, the screen gets a gray, transparent overlay and won't respond. Same thing if I try to clear from the Firefox tab. Please advise. Thanks Rick Pucko

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
