I'm using up to date Avast Internet Security and decided to try the Sandbox feature for extra security. But since starting FF in the sandbox Flash Player no longer works. What can I do while keeping FF sandboxed?

Try disabling "crash protection" for Flash and see if that allows Flash to run.
