Pinner Shortcuts disappeared

I opened Firefox this morning and all of my pinned shortcuts have disappeared. Shortcuts are enabled in the settings. I checked the browser.newtabpage.pinned pref on the about:config and all of my pinned shortcuts are not there

Do you mean those pinned to the toolbar, not actual shortcuts on the home page.

But shortcuts seem to refer to home page when you say you have it enabled in settings ??
