eBird sonograms don't play and I suspect Resist Fingerprinting

I posted my problem last week on the forum and was told to do a Control+Shift+K, which I did. It indicated that Fingerprinting was blocking the sonograms. I am nervous about unblocking this one feature of eBird and wonder if someone could investigate and walk me through fixing it without messing things up overall. Nobody answered my post. I'm including an image of the results of my discovery. Thank you.
