How to sync two profiles separately for use on multiple devices without mixing up the data between the two profiles?

I have two profiles, one for work and one for my personal in the same account. I need to sync both of my profiles but do not want the information in the two profiles mixed together. I need to sync the information as I have a desktop and a laptop that I use for work, and mobile devices and another laptop for personal matters. If I am on work travel and need to access my personal profile on my laptop (because schlepping two machines is silly!), I want to switch my profile to the personal one. then when I am done I want to switch back to the work profile. How can I do this and is firefox set up to do this?

It's not possible right now. You can try configuring two separate Mozilla accounts with separate data, then have one profile synced with work account, and another one with private account.

Same here.

Many of us have the same issue.

I feel the need to synch Profiles via a single Mozilla Account is imperative.

Without it: profiles value are reduced so low as to not be viable.

Backing-up and copying & using a Profile from a second or third of forth computer is: not viable.
