my firefox keep crashing when i join google meet and i need to do multitask so i open another firefox windows(private or not) it always crash few second after, i have tried the trouble shoot mode its still crashing, even the new windows from SSO request do trigger my firefox to crash. when the browser crash it does offer me to restore my session

Do you have ESET antivirus software installed?

If so and you are on a personal computer, can you try reproducing the crash with security tools disabled? Disable "Safe Banking & Browsing" and "Browser Privacy & Security", restart the computer and then try to reproduce the crash.
