I haven't been receiving mail from a club I belong to. It was suggested that I approve the receipt of mail from the domain that sends the mailings for the club. But there is no mail from this domain in my inbox, trash, or spam. Is there any way to approve this domain? The domain name is email.onrsu.com

I do not understand the issue of 'approving' a domain. Unless the domain or email account is blocked, your email provider (which is NOT Thunderbird) will accept it. If you set the account up in Thunderbird, are you receiving any error message when you attempt to receive email?
