Hi, Following downloading update version 146, I have been unable to open Firefox, all that happens is that a box appears stating (see images): firefox.exe - Bad image, then C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\xul.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000000d. After clicking OK on that box another one pops up stating: Couldn't load XPCOM. I have tried doing a Windows system restore, to try to take it back before it downloaded version 146, but this hasn't worked. I've looked online and followed the advice there to download Firefox from your website, but that failed, just generating the XPCOM error. My MAIN CONCERN at this point is that I do not want to lose all the bookmarks I had saved on my Firefox! I can't see any file within those in the Program Files\Mozilla Firefox folder, so is there any other way to save\recover them? I don't have any original "installation media" so as far as I can remeber Firefox was pre-installed on my PC? I have a Samsung PC running Windows 10. There are two Mozilla Firefox folder under my C:\: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox and C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox, under this folder the version is 146.0.0.383, but under the other folder it's version 145.0.2.579? Please advise as to how to save my bookmarks and rectify this error. Thank you in advance. Robert
