Hi Oscar, I don't know why that uninstaller isn't working. One option is to reinstall Firefox with the hope that the problem will be cleaned up. You can do that even if you do not uninstall first. You can get the installer from

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release

Another option is to remove files manually. If you need information on where Firefox places files, let us know.
