Can't get my email address to receive emails.

I have several GoDaddy emails coming to my Thunderbird account. All of them have the same server/settings. I'm trying to add a new account. The account is showing up in my email list and I can send emails but I cannot receive emails. The settings are EXACTLY the same as each of my other accounts. Thanks

Nothing happens when you click Get Messages for that account? Not even a password prompt?
