I had a reinstall of Windows 10 and a lot of my apps were not reinstalled and Firefox was one of them. When I reinstalled Firefox and opened the program there was an error message that the bookmarks and history files could not be imported because a program was using one of files. I tried all of the fixes suggested on the website and nothing works. are there any other suggestions for a fix.

When you did the re-install, did you choose to save your personal data?
