In the latest versions of firefox for PC, the "close other tabs" menu item has been moved to the "close multiple tabs" context menu. This is very inconvenient to use, please return a separate menu item "close other tabs" as it was before, or give the user a choice for setting this parameter.

Try using this add-on:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/close-tabs-right/

Crude "solution" but it works well enough for my needs. Although it doesn't override the changes made in FX 78 it just adds another menu item in the main drop-down menu at the bottom.
