Assuming that it is not present in Options => Add-ons => Extensions; would you please take a look at this article (and scroll down to the section "On Windows") :

Thanks to everyone that responded - I reset my Firefox to original settings and made sure my autofill was turned on in options and this took care of the issue. Thanks again.
