To download attachments, when I choose save button, it gives error message
I get the message shown in the attached screen shot, twice.

It looks like you're on a Mac system, and you don't have permission to write to the Downloads directory (that's what the little red circle means).
Try changing the folder permissions or saving elsewhere:

Thanks for your help, but it didn't solve it, as sharing only gives permission for others to access my files.
This is a new problem. I was able to save files without any problems for over 10 years by the method of clicking on save button.

On a second try to give permission, it WORKED! THANK YOU!
