Hi

The library button is a new function in Firefox Quantum and has an icon that looks like a row of books, with one leaning against the others.

Alternatively, you can customize all your favorite functions and add a Bookmarks icon to the toolbar by using the ‘Customize’ setting in this new menu. See the Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars article for more info.
