Firefox will not start. I fresh installed. Tried opening with adminstrative status.

Yesterday I added Kaspersky antivirus. Now I can't start Firefox or Chrome. I'm having to use Microsoft Edge. I uninstalled Firefox and fresh installed. I disabled Kaspersky and tried to start Firefox. I am running Windows 10 on a new Asus laptop. My daughter has a new laptop running Windows 10 and Kaspersky and she's not having a problem. I can't click on the "Automatically add" link because I'm in Edge. I can't start Firefox.

As a test, disable Kaspersky.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
