Firefox Sync wont let me sign in, the page is blank.

When I click on any of the possible routes to sync my Firefox, it takes me to a blank page; about:accounts?entryPoint=menupanel and when I go into my settings and click open the Sync tab it only tells me it's checking the state of my account, even tho it has no account info yet. I've just formated my computer and reinstalled Firefox, 38.0.5 is the version. I currently don't have anything else using the sync service. Please help me get back my boomarks.
