From 1 site only, when I download a pdf file, I get an error message that the file is a jsp file (not a pdf) & Adobe can't open it. How can I fix this?
I found this problem with 2 different browsers but had success with a 3d. I noticed that the file on Firefox was downloading with Zoom Downloader. Could this be the problem? (Don't know where Zoom Downloader came from.) I am using Firefox 18 and Win 7.

Try to delete the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox Profile Folder to reset all file actions.
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/File_types_and_download_actions#Resetting_download_actions
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
