Bookmarks continue to repeat themselves and I have to go back and delete them, very annoying!
Bookmarks are organized in folders on the Bookmarks Toolbar. I have noticed that bookmarks are mysteriously appearing on the Bookmarks Toolbar that mirror what I already have under a folder. It is extremely annoying to have to go to each repeated Bookmark and delete it.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
