Why won't my computer download Firefox?

I am unable to download Firefox. The window opens, I click on the "free download". A security scan is run, and then it shows that Firefox is downloading. The install wizard window never appears, etc. I had Firefox on the computer, but it said it "crashed". I tried to send a message on the window that opened, but I don't believe anything actually got to Firefox. I finally uninstalled Firefox and then attempted to download the latest version several times, but it won't work.

  • i think you are infected. Go to malware removal expert forum such as bleepingcomputer.com and register. After that create a new topic on malware removal section with basic log. They can assist you further
