Firefox is a browser; it doesn't contain an email client.

If you have webmail, type the URL to your email account and then log in. For example, if you have an email account at Gmail.com log in there to view or send emails from your account.

Let me second what Xircal said.

Firefox is an internet browser which allows you to look at, and use, web pages. It does not contain any email facility of any kind.

You are obviously using a mail service such as Yahoo, Gmail, etc. and all Firefox does is display their pages. Their web pages and server programs are what handle your email, not Firefox.

If you can't access your mail, go to the service's help pages and look for help or look for a forum and post a message - but give them ALL the information you can give.

For example, you said you couldn't access your email - it would have helped a bit if you had said what you were trying to access (the web page address) and what was happening - in detail.

Just saying that something doesn't work is not enough, you have to give details.

Please understand, when asking for help, that no one is psychic and we can't read you mind to get the details we need to assist you.

Better to provide too much information than too little.

Its like sending a letter to your car mechanic saying, my car won't work, and expecting him or her to solve the problem, long distance and with no more information except "my car won't work."
