www.bbc.co.uk comes up way too large in one instance of Mozilla on one computer in my house. I have tried other accounts on the same computer, other browsers on the same account and other web pages. none of them has the same problem.

You can only see one quarter of the page. Anybody have any ideas? Re-installing doesn't fix it.

Try resetting the zoom for the site. With the site on display, in the View menu select Zoom and then Reset.
