Why am I getting a blank window when selecting Privacy settings tab?

I actually had a customer call in today and it appears that they are not accepting third party cookies, so I attempted to walk them through the process of accepting those. When the customer opens Options, they can see all settings in every tab except the Privacy tab, all they get is a blank screen below the tabs. Why might this be?

Browser version is 3.6.10

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
