i have a few bookmarks and have noticed that the same web address shows up in some of them that i had added how can i delete the same web address so that i only have one web address in all of my book marks

e.g

www.facebook.com/home (in bookmark) www.facebook.com/home (in another book mark)

i am wanting to delete the ones i have added twice without having to go through them all and delete one by one

You can open such a duplicated bookmark in a tab and click the star at the right end of the location bar or press Ctrl+D to open the Edit This Bookmark dialog. The remove button at the top shows how many bookmarks there are. You can remove them all and create a new bookmark by clicking the now grayed star another time. Press the star a second time to move the new bookmark to the correct folder.

Such issues can also be caused by a corrupted file places.sqlite
