Hi, I assume you mean the iOS version of Firefox (for iPhone/iPad). Try this:
- Tap the menu button (...)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Homepage
- Next to "Privacy Report" tap the toggle switch to turn it off/on
- Review and see whether you want to make any other changes while you're here
- Tap the Done button
