How can I see my emails , they haven’t come through since 13/08/2024 and I really need it. It’s a recovery email address that I need desperately. Other thunderbird accounts are ok.

Please provide more information. No incoming since 2024? Yet you can still send from the account. Maybe screenshots of the error messages and the server settings pane may prove helpful. thank you
