Submit and enter buttons do not always work on sites

on some sites, when I try to sign in I have entered my login information, but when I hit enter or submit for instance bigfishgames.com nothing happens. When I am on my Drs portal after I have entered pages of information and hit submit, again it does not get accepted. Soooo, I have to leave firefox and go to a different browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is very frustrating when this happens. It is so frustrating that even though I have been on Firefox for many years I am thinking about using a different browser.

The form submit triggers JS validation correctly on the site posted. If you're having issues across forms and platforms you'd need to look into your addons and other blocks or security software and get in touch with their authors.

To rule out any extension interference, what happens if you restart into troubleshoot mode? Do you have a specific platform demo that fails consistently for you?

Thanks for the reply. I have been having this problem for over a year and was just going over to Edge to deal with it. The last time was 6/16, when I sent the email. I just got tired of dealing with it. The submit button for my doctors portal has failing a long time also. Every time you go there you have to fill out many pages of information before your appt, and then again the submit button would fail. This started happening after one of the Mozilla "upgrades". I did try a bunch of things, but nothing happened. (but not the one you suggested) Anyway, before I got back to you I wanted to test it out. The Big fish site WORKED. That is the site I use a lot. Soooo, I said hmmm, I will try that site again. So I just now tried it again and it worked again. I can't try the doctors site until I go again. There have been other sites that this have happened with but not a regular site so I can't remember which sites they were. I did not have to do anything?????? Anyway, Thank you very, very much for responding.
