Ok so there are multiple ways to fix this in different scenarios, first thing you could do is check firefox sync. You can do this by going in the menu, go to settings, click on sync and make sure that bookmark syncing is available.

Now if this doesn't work and you have access to your old mac then you can go to the bookmarks option, then manage bookmarks and click on export as an HTML file and well export it in your new mac.
