Thunderbird has not been downloading messages for primary email, [edited]@netscape.net, since March 4. I can't locate where in TB the password is stored for the account.

Passwords in Thunderbird are stored (in Windows) at menu option <Tools | Settings | Privacy & Security | Passwords | Saved Passwords (button)>.
