My wife and I have just bought a new computer running Windows 11. My Emails are working fine (IMAP) but my wife's Email only work on our iPad. I can't find the password for my wife's Thunderbird account. Her password does not come up under saved passwords. Where do I go from here?

You may need to contact her email provider to reset the password. Thunderbird won't have it, unless you provided it to Thunderbird previously.
