Have to re-login to Gmail with every new window
It looks like firefox recently updated with new privacy features (great!) What's not so great is that now it forces me to log into gmail each time I open a new browser window (not great). I have several different accounts that regularly use so this isn't ideal.
I've tried adding both gmail.com and google.com as exceptions under the cookie settings (didn't work). I even went and turned off the "enhanced tracking protection" on every step of the gmail login page and my inbox. Still kicks me out once I open a new browser. Any help to remedy this problem would be great.

Hi Katie
If you copy and paste this into the address bar, it will take you to your Privacy settings area: about:preferences#privacy then press Enter key
What is the protection level set to? Standard, Strict or Custom? Standard is the default option and causes the least problems. So I'm wondering if this might be where the Gmail login problem might be coming from.
If the Privacy settings look normal here then I think you might need to clear your cookies. It could be Gmail's cookies got damaged and they keep trying to save new copies of themselves but they can't because the cookies file is damaged/corrupted.
Clear cookies: Scroll down under the Privacy settings from above, in the Cookies and Site Data area, click the Manage Data button. Then search for gmail.com cookies and delete them all. Also search for google.com cookies and delete them all. Click the Save Changes button when done. Retry logging into Gmail after that.
Noah,
Like I said in my post, I already have checked the privacy settings (having gone in and added both gmail and google as exceptions under the enhanced tracking section).
The problem is that it is currently auto-deleting cookies that I DON'T want deleted every time I open firefox (like my login information). A little pop-up window is notifying me of "X amount of cookies were deleted from X number of sites". Me going in and deleting cookies from google and gmail wouldn't solve the issue since the issue is they are already being deleted.
Thanks. I didn't know about the auto-deleting cookies part. That kind of sounds like a addon is doing it. There is one named "Cookie AutoDelete" and I wonder if you have that installed.
You could look in the Addons section of Firefox and disable that addon if you see it or anything that looks like it might touch cookies.
