cannot play video content from either tubitv.com or netflix.com
I get the message "Oops. Your browser is no longer support..." from tubitv.com and the error message "We are having troubling playing Netfix. Please make sure you are using the latest....Error Code: F7701-1003" from NetFlix.
Is this an issue with Firefox?
It seems to work fine with Edge. I have not tried with any other browsers.
Thanks

Make sure you have the latest Widevine version (4.10.2391.0).
- Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins
You can toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox (re)load DRM components.
- Settings -> General: Play DRM
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-drm
You can possibly check the XHR requests in the Browser Console if this doesn't work.
The error "can't find profile directory" gets thrown in this code and i am not sure how to correct it.

Wot cor-el
You can ignore the "can't find profile directory" error for the old XULStore.

Wot cor-el
Of course you realize that link is Greek to me.
I can ignore the message, but that page does nothing to help me get to the fix.
What do I need to do?
